Workshop Begins on July 18th
You are invited to join us in the twelve week course work outlined in Julia Cameron’s’ follow-up writings from the Artist Way. This book helps us navigate our own creativity blocks and how to embrace our strengths and recognize our own truths.
The twelve week course work is being facilitated by Tori Williams a graphic designer and fine artist, who also embraces a creative practice and lifestyle, and creative problem solving. She has utilized the Artist way and Walking in this World, and other of Julia Cameron’s work books and writings, to further and deepen her own creative journey.
The intention of the twelve week session is to come together as a creative group for which Julia points out in her writings as an important component of developing and maintaining a supportive creative environment where we explore and share in our creative journey. There will be weekly course work to be done on our own followed by weekly group meetings.
When: Begins Wednesday July 18th 2018 for 10 weeks @ 5:30-7:00pm
Where: Community Rec Center – Perins room on main floor. Our meeting room limits our group size to 8 persons
Cost: $45.00 Covers meeting space and facilitator planning.
What: Your book purchase can be through Maria’s Book Store or location of your choice, the book is not included in course fee.
A nice addition is for each participant to plan on enjoying an optional group dinner out each week at the end of the weekly sessions.
